Hello, my sensual friends!

I'm beyond excited to welcome you into this journey with me. I've been using my senses to ground myself into my body for years now. Not only are they how we perceive literally everything in our reality, they are an incredible resource for bringing us back to ourselves - into our bodies, the homes our souls chose.

The best part is that you have your senses with you wherever you are - just like your breath. So, engaging and strengthening your senses enhances your ability to tap into them at any moment when you need to ground, recenter, or to give your intuition a chance to communicate with you.

You may know me best from my self-portrait photography work - which often has a very sensual spin. I believe that pairing the grounding capacity of the senses with the self-observation and reflection opportunity provided by self-portraits creates a truly magical experience.

And that's exactly what we'll go through together in body. We'll journey through our senses, back to ourselves.
What we'll experience together:

Week One: Touch


We'll start with this very tactile sense, approaching it in, perhaps, not-so-obvious ways. We'll reflect on our individual experiences with touch and enter our first entry into our visual journals.

Week Two: Taste


Food is obvious, but what else is there? Let's see :)




Week Three: Sound


Hundreds of individual sounds around us at any given moment, but we don't notice most of them. Let's tune in!





Week Four: Smell


A smell is just a smell, but we call the ones we like aromatic and the ones we don't like smelly and
stinky. We'll play with these concepts and continue on with our visual journaling.

Week Five: 
Sight


Our world is extremely visual. We see things externally, but also in our mind's eye. What images inspire us? How do certain sights make us feel?

Week Six: Your intuitively curated experience


We'll activate our sense of play, curiosity, and intuition. Our final week will be about curating a truly inspiring and indulgent experience for ourselves and our senses. We'll bring everything together from the past five weeks, and BE fully in our bodies, with our Selves, grounded and present.
